We’re ready to take you on a unique journey through the gastronomic heart of Emilia-Romagna.
Our Food Valley Experience is a sensory path through authentic flavors, centuries-old traditions and warm local hospitality.
We’ve designed 4 tour combinations, perfect for food lovers who seek genuine, engaging experiences.
We start with Program 1, which includes a guided visit to a traditional Parmigiano Reggiano dairy with a tasting of three different maturations. We then head to a local balsamic vinegar loft for a spoon tasting of traditional balsamic vinegar, finishing with a typical lunch paired with the products sampled.
Program 2 adds a special twist: after visiting the dairy and vinegar loft with lunch, we continue to a local winery where you’ll enjoy a tasting of four typical wines with artisanal snacks.
If you prefer a more rustic experience, Program 3 is perfect for you: following the dairy and vinegar visit (without lunch), we move on to a local ham producer to enjoy a large platter of regional cold cuts served with warm tigelle.
Finally, Program 4 offers the most complete experience: a visit to the dairy with a premium tasting of five Parmigiano Reggiano ages, followed by a vinegar tasting and a traditional lunch.
This is an experience that smells of Lambrusco, hard work, and the passion for good food.
